Only 64Bit version was affected

Has it been a few days since you've seen the update manager? Looks
like a small bug popped up. Perhaps during an update. A file permission
was changed. Super easy fix

Open your terminal (RoxTerm) and enter.

chmod a+x ~/.config/autostart/updatereminder.sh

hit enter and done.

the next restart activates the change made.
