when scrolling pages with the mouse scroll wheel, the scrolling jumps the screen rapidly.  Scrolling isn't smooth.  Is there a way to fix this?  Is this due to me reducing my screen resolution to make images & text bigger?  I wish scrolling with mouse scroll wheel was smooth, but I can't find settings to change this.
